Liberty Healthcare is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses for part-time weekend and per diem positions with our organization’s newest forensic mental health program.

　　This program provides high quality psychiatric services to adults who are justice-involved and experiencing mental illness.

　　Services are provided to San Diego County jail inmates onsite at the San Diego Central Jail in downtown San Diego.

　　As an LVN with Liberty, you enjoy an array of responsibilities, including:

　　Providing care to patients in-person within the jail

　　Providing health education and basic counseling services

　　Documenting health status and treatment progress

　　Participating in clinical team meetings

　　Collaborating with psychiatrists, licensed clinicians, and security staff

　　Helping to ensure program clients receive high quality mental health services

　　The following schedule options are available:

　　Part time on Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

　　Per Diem / as needed

　　You can expect starting pay between $30.00 and $36.00 per hour, depending on qualifications.

　　You are a good fit for this position if you are a Licensed Vocational Nurse and have experience working in a mental health setting.
