　　Job Summary

　　The Business Analyst position will join a team of associates that are focused on the implementation and management of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management software and continued support of the associated business processes. This role provides a unique opportunity to become an integral member of a large-scale solution delivery for a Fortune 500 Company. This position collaborates across various levels of the business model to understand current requirements and review, analyze, and evaluate current business processes and systems to provide consolidated input on behalf of the business to the integrated end-to-end solution.

　　The Business Analyst will support the Product team in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the successful design and implementation of a solution that meet the needs of our clients. The position will work with Legal team members and full Compass user community to assess/analyze business functions and processes to gain a deep understanding to define and articulate the business requirements.

　　Job Responsibilities

　　Work with Legal team members and user community to define and articulate business requirements related to the Icertis CLM system.

　　Support Product team with contract data initiatives; Be able to reconcile and validate a significant amount of data.

　　Create and/or review various project documents such as, business process flows, business process documents, functional specifications, test scenarios, and training documentation.

　　Actively participate in team meetings and discussions related to product design, configuration, impacts, change management, testing, training, and implementation.

　　Ensure all defined business rules/policies are documented and fully tested to be implemented as designed to ensure the functionality, accuracy, and quality of the product.

　　Maintain organized documentation, produce high quality, meaningful, and precise presentations, as well as complex reports, create and maintain various project tracking documents.

　　Identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for change.

　　Support system end users during testing, training, implementation, and post implementation.

　　Job Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

　　Proven experience (4+ years) as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role, with a focus on software development projects.

　　Understanding of contract management processes Experience with contract management software or related tools is a plus.

　　Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum is a plus.

　　Proficiency in creating functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories.

　　High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint (Projects, Visio, and Access is a plus) with ability to manage large amounts of data.

　　Ability to document, prepare, and deliver effective presentations to a wide range audience.

　　Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders while building consensus across multiple layers of the organization.

　　Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

　　Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

　　Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

　　Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
