JOB REQUIREMENTS: Your Job KBX is seeking a Logistics Specialist whowill focus on customer service, rail operations, audit, benchmarking,and reporting. A successful candidate would ideally be locatedinAtlanta, GA, Wichita, KS or Green Bay, WI.By demonstrating customerfocus, time management skills, a sense of urgency and the ability tocommunicate effectively, a successful candidate will create long-termvalue for the organization. What You Will Do *Monitoring rail shipmentsand identifying/resolving service-related issues in support of thecustomer\'s sales and operating plan and growth objectives *Interactingwith Customer Service and the Shipping and Receiving locations tosupport rail transportation required to meet customer needs *Monitoringtransit times and working with railroads to expedite movement ofequipment *Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of rail accessorialcharges *Focusing on fleet optimization and driving economic value WhoYou Are (Basic Qualifications) *Experience in supply chain,transportation or logistics *Experience with Microsoft Excel (i.e.,spreadsheet creation/editing, pivot tables, data manipulation/analysisand formulas creation etc.) and MS Word (document creation, formattingand editing etc.) What Will Put You Ahead *Bachelor\'s degree in supplychain or similar field of work *Rail operations or rail marketingknowledge *Experience in customer service *Experience in managingdemurrage and accessorial service events *Experience with Power BI AtKoch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
