  Responsibilities:

  Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The Creative Services Manager is responsible for managing the creative development of local advertising and Restaurant Marketing tools & programs that drive brand awareness, trial, and support the fast-paced company growth. This includes partnering with the field-based Restaurant Marketing team on creative projects submitted through the creative request system and working collaboratively with Brand Marketing to develop and implement new and improve existing tools and programs. They are tasked with managing the workflow of projects – working cross-functionally with both internal and external teams to ensure that all projects are accurate, effective, and on schedule.

  Your Impact and Responsibilities: • Partners with the field-based Restaurant Marketing team to understand the unique needs and opportunities in their local market • Manages the creative development workflow of creative requests from submission to completion • Communicates with requesters to ensure that all information needed to complete a project is provided • Works collaboratively with designers and production to ensure that all projects are completed accurately, effectively, and in a timely fashion • Ensures that all projects follow the proper creative and legal approval processes • Looks for continuous improvement opportunities in the creative development process • Keeps the Creative Services Senior Manager apprised on a regular basis of overall workload, potential issues, etc

  Qualifications:

  Requirements for Success: • 5+ years of Account Management or Advertising Agency experience • Bachelor’s Degree Required – Marketing or Advertising degree preferred • Baseline knowledge of marketing, creative, and design processes • Detail-oriented with expert time management, project management, and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a service-oriented mindset • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively • Experience within the QSR industry is highly desirable
