　　The Logistics Lead provides direction, oversight, and assurance of all day-to-day logistic, returns, warehouse, and inventory activities supporting all PENTAX Medical products.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Functional expert in logistics, warehouse, and inventory operations; managing shipping, receiving, returns, and inventory domestic and internationally

　　Work with external vendors handling and understanding coordination, documentation, scheduling, and tracking

　　Manage returns, shipping and receiving, warehouse and inventory knowing status and availability

　　Lead in warehouse working cross functionally with several departments and teams.

　　Strong documentation and organization skills regarding orders and process

　　Lead the consolidation of all logistics functions and commence documentation of department instructions

　　Work cross functionally on the administration of operational policies and procedures

　　Strong customer service skills and understanding of client needs

　　Direct investigations into causes of customer or shipper complaints and respond accordingly

　　Ensure performance, compliance, and alignment with operations by maintaining daily departmental reports and metrics regarding equipment, orders, all shipments, management, and procedures

　　Enforce compliance with administrative policies, procedures, safety rules, and governmental regulations

　　Other duties as assigned by management

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university preferred.

　　3+ Years of increasing responsibilities in logistics involving direct negotiation with small packaging providers, LTL and International Freight forwarding agents

　　ERP experience

　　Strong experience in logistics and warehousing operations Customer service-oriented

　　Direct working knowledge in supply chain and inventory management systems

　　Demonstrated experience working in cross-functional teams Ability to solve problems swiftly

　　Ability to lift and move heavy products up to 25lbs and shipments

　　Five days in office/onsite required
