Administrative Assistants perform work of a clerical nature, providing office support under direct supervision. Work is typically repetitive and follows consistent practice and established procedure. They consult with supervisors for most decisions outside of standard operating procedures.

　　The School of Data Science seeks applicants for the position of MSDS Online Admissions Ambassador. This is a part-time position, offering approximately 3 hours/month.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Attend webinars

　　Meet with prospective students

　　Help create/edit MSDS marketing materials

　　Be featured in MSDS marketing materials

　　Network/promote the program

　　Mentor incoming students

　　Be the face of our program and really take ownership of it

　　Be accessible and communicate what program life is like

　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Current part-time, MSDS Online students only

　　Must be in good academic standing

　　Strong communication skills both oral and written

　　Position Compensation: $16.00 Hourly
