　　Responsibilities

　　Key areas of responsibility include: Receiving, put-away, raw material storage, order picking, lineside delivery, induction, extraction, finished goods storage, shipping support and parts distribution.

　　Responsible for efficient, effective, on-time picking and material shipments to customer and warehouses.

　　Sustains and identifies environmental sustainability projects.

　　Drives and develops lean initiatives.

　　Ensures a safe and clean (5S) work environment

　　Deliver material to customer preferred locations on time, damage free and accurate.

　　Demonstrate a strong understanding of lean principles and problem-solving tools.

　　Resolves administrative and operational barriers and drives business processes and procedures in support of key business objective requirements.

　　Qualifications

　　A minimum of 1-3 years of warehouse operations experience.

　　Experience in SAP functionality and Systems.

　　Good communicator (verbal/written) who can explain warehouse/supply chain concepts in terms that the business understands.

　　Knowledge of ISO standards and quality programs.

　　Exceptional customer service skills. Looks to lead by serving peers and internal customers.

　　Self-managed and results driven, with the ability to work independently and deliver projects on time.

　　Proven skills to work effectively across internal functional areas in ambiguous situations.

　　Exceptional listening skills. Seeks to first understand others.

　　Preferred Qualifications
