Description

Robert Half is searching for skilled Accounts Receivable Clerks for our clients to deliver financial, administrative, and clerical duties. Responsibilities involve ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency, managing incoming payments, and safeguarding revenue through verification and posting of receipts.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Oversee and manage company’s outstanding debts.

Generate timely reports and send out billing invoices.

Handle all aspects of the billing process, including data entry, desktop audits, and ensuring invoices are accurate.

Update and maintain customer records and payment statuses.

Resolve any discrepancies or disputes regarding billing.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, or annual financial statements.

Synthesize complex or diverse information.

Interact and communicate effectively with the customers.

Control all billing, invoicing, collections, cash applications, and accounts receivable.

Utilize financial software for billing and invoices.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.

Understanding of basic accounting principles and accounts receivable procedures.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with financial software.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Excellent numerical skills and an understanding of data privacy standards.

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

An associate degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
