Castlery is seeking a highly motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic 3PL Logistics Team in the US. In this newly created, high-impact role, you'll work closely with our carriers and play a vital part in the development and growth of the Castlery team across our offices in Singapore, Malaysia, and the US.
As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the team to ensure customer orders are fulfilled, and deliveries meet or exceed expectations, fostering satisfaction with both customers and our 3PL carriers.
Your responsibilities:
Daily monitoring of deliveries, tracking billed but undelivered orders, and dispatched but undelivered orders.Review carrier deliveries daily, addressing any issues that may arise.Verify on-time pick-ups and deliveries.Troubleshoot and resolve carrier issues, including pre-delivery, post-delivery, and in-transit deliveries such as missed deliveries or incorrect items delivered.Research and analyze daily trends to identify areas for carrier process improvement.Monitor carrier damages for trends and determine root causes.Ensure billing accuracy for orders.Provide timely responses to carrier emails.Create and maintain carrier scorecards.Review weekly transit reports to identify any delayed deliveries.Prepare meeting agendas and conduct research for scheduled carrier performance reviews.Collaborate closely with Warehouse Management, Carrier Management, and Customer Service.Analyze exceptions and generate additional analytics as needed.Develop strong rapport with carriers through effective communication and correspondence.Respond daily to carrier inquiries on behalf of the entire Operations team.Support the team supervisor and perform any other duties as assignedWhat you'll need:
3 years of relevant last-mile logistics experience.E-commerce background is a plus.Strong analytical and ad hoc reporting skills.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.Exceptional attention to detail.Ability to assess carrier needs and provide appropriate solutions, setting expectations with carriers.Strong prioritization and time management skills.Independent, self-driven problem-solving skills.Team player with a willingness to learn.Ability to excel in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions.Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Other details:
