Title:

　　Patient Care Technician (PCT)

　　Education:

　　· High school diploma or GED required.

　　· Associates degree or higher preferred.

　　Requirements:

　　· Minimum 6 months of experience in a Behavioral Health Care related setting

　　· Must be at least 21 years of age.

　　· Must be able to work 12-hour shifts.

　　Job responsibilities:

　　· Direct patient care as directed and delegated by the Registered Nurse

　　· Responsible for ensuring the safety of the unit to which you are assigned and elevating those concerns to the RN

　　· Participating in the implementation of that patient care plan
