Description Robert Half is looking for a contract to full-time Logistics & Contractual Manager to oversee all aspects of the logistics and contractual processes in a company. They are responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management. Additionally, they handle the planning, coordination, and execution of all contractual obligations and agreements with vendors and partners. It's crucial for the person in this role to have a comprehensive understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and best practices in logistics management.

　　Those who will hit the ground running will have knowledge of either: procurement, purchasing, PO submission and receipt, inventory, fulfillment, distribution, logistics, invoicing, or AR.

　　Sales Order Lifecycle:

　　Receive from the sales team their customer’s PO with our confirmed stock, stock code, and pricing

　　Create a sales order to be fulfilled by our warehouse and complete the populated bill of lading with accurate freight provider and freight billing information

　　Deliver sales order and BOL to warehouse

　　Work with warehouse on order fulfillment timing to accurately ‘call in’ freight to designated carriers

　　Second set of eyes in dual-control, confirming sales order packing slip against customer’s staged ‘freight out’

　　Submit to AR for customer invoicing the sales order shipment confirmation of customers PO

　　This position is not complex, but requires and individual who understands ‘working smarter’ within a lean organization and who is comfortable interacting in both an office and warehouse environment.
