　　What you will be doing

　　This is an on-site position where the individual must be in the Indianapolis, IN office on a day to day basis

　　Will work shifts between the hours of 6:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday

　　PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Receiving shipments from the Dispatch department and assuring their correct handling by:Coordinating with Dispatch the receiving of inbound shipmentsVerifying required shipment documentationPreparing master airway bills for both domestic and international shipmentsAssemble ready-for-use packaging systems for pick upsBooking shipments as required by carrierCold chain management of shipments in all temperature rangesFiling SED's for regulated exportsCreate shipment documentation as necessaryMastery of international airlines, rates and service restrictionsFollow WorldStar sending instructions and action requests in a timely fashion

　　EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

　　Demonstrate operational efficiency and shipment processing accuracyProficiency in required WorldSTAR screens and other World Courier systems.Full understanding of Cold Chain Management.

　　MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

　　Professional demeanor.
