Description

　　As a Loan Processor / Teller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by efficiently processing loan applications and delivering excellent customer service through teller transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of loan processing procedures, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Loan Processing:

　　Process loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

　　Collaborate with loan officers and underwriters to gather necessary documentation and facilitate the timely processing of loans.

　　Communicate with customers to provide updates on their loan application status and address any inquiries.

　　Teller Services:

　　Conduct routine teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers.

　　Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting additional banking products and services.

　　Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers in accordance with established procedures.

　　Customer Relationship Management:

　　Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with both loan processing and teller services.

　　Educate customers on various financial products and services offered by the institution.

　　Compliance and Risk Management:

　　Stay current on industry regulations and ensure all loan processing and teller transactions comply with established standards.

　　Identify and report any potential risks or fraudulent activities.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience in loan processing within a financial institution.

　　Previous experience as a teller is highly desirable.

　　Strong knowledge of loan processing procedures, banking products, and services.

　　Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

　　Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

　　Proficient in relevant banking software and Microsoft Office applications.
