Primary Responsibilities Customer Engagement Work closelywith customers to deeply understand the challenges of their business anduncover the most valuable solutions we can provide to solve theirproblems. Train internal departments on new product features and providesupport to customers. Travel to customers? sites and other Yes Energyoffices - minimum travel expectation is 15-20%. Participate in ProductDevelopment Act as the product owner on the data engineering team. Ownthe product roadmap for expanding Yes Energy?s catalog of nodal powermarket data. Manage the product backlog for feature requests and bugfixes. Analyze usage data to make data-driven decisions on futureinvestment in the data catalog. Perform market research and understandhow different customer segments use our products. Collaborate with Salesand Marketing Coordinate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-marketproduct strategies. Develop content-driven marketing pieces. Be theexpert on the competitive landscape for nodal power market data. Partnerwith Customer Success & Customer Support Work with the Customer Successteam to provide advanced product support. Work with the Customer Successteam to develop and implement metrics to measure and improve customerengagement and to maximize the customer?s value from Yes Energyproducts. Create training tools and lead projects geared towardsincreasing adoption of Yes Energy products and features.
