GROUNDS MAINTENANCE LABORER (SANITATION STAFF)*Definition: Performs a variety of janitorial tasks relative to assigned area of responsibility.*Supervision: Receives general supervision from higher level supervisory staff.*Duties - may include, but are not limited to, the following:Sweeping of floors, walls (interior and exterior) of project facilities. ***

　　Mopping of floors.Picking up litter from grounds and shorelines.Pulling trash from receptacles and replacing the liners.Cleaning out pedestal grills and fire rings.Cleaning of bathroom fixtures (commodes, lavatories, mirrors, etc.) in project facilities.Blowing off sidewalks, campsites with a backpack blower.Vacuuming of carpet floors.Cleaning windows.Dusting.Delivering supplies, driving to parks and opening gates.Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.Qualifications:Basic knowledge of: Sanitation staff skills, tools, and equipment.Ability to: Operate a broom, mop, backpack blower.*Education, Experience, Training, Licenses, and Certificates:*Any combination of experience and training that would likely provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying.*Education: Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.*Experience: Minimum of one year related experience.*License: Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate valid driver's license.*Job Conditions:* Working Conditions: 50% of time is spent working in the elements. Exposed to direct sunlight for extended periods, rain, dust and dirt, and noise from equipment. Driving is required.* Environmental Conditions/Hazards: This position requires that you are exposed to insects, vermin, snakes, poisonous plants, slippery slopes, and uneven terrain. All weather conditions.**Physical Conditions: Job duties are very physical, requiring a lot of movement including lifting/bending, hand manipulation and loading/unloading supplies. The ability to carry/operate small equipment up to 15 pounds for extended periods of time up to two hours between breaks.
