Description

　　Robert Half is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Litigation/Transactional Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support in all stages of litigation, transactional matters, possessing strong organizational and legal research abilities.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

　　Conduct legal research and gather relevant case-related information using various resources.

　　Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are properly indexed and easily accessible.

　　Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.

　　Assist in trial preparation, including witness coordination and exhibit preparation.

　　Manage communication with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.

　　Prepare and file court documents and maintain electronic case filings.

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.

　　Proven experience (3+ years) as a litigation paralegal or in a similar role.

　　Proficiency in legal research tools and software (LexisNexis, Westlaw, etc.).

　　Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

　　Strong written and verbal communication skills.

　　Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

　　Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Experience in multiple areas of law

　　Familiarity with eDiscovery software and case management systems.

　　Certification as a Certified Legal Assistant (CLA) or Certified Paralegal (CP).
