Key Responsibilities
Creates, plans, and performs a variety of solution analysis, design, development, code, code review, technical documentation, integration, test and solution product assurance tasks.
2nd line support on Automation solutions of Automation Product Group.
Work with Solution manager to understand customers’ factory challenges and to convert them into the solutions.
Support product and application roll out for onsite customer activity globally.
Assist deployment team to deploy solutions in customers’ factories.
Understand complex factory systems and human interactions.
Functional Knowledge
Frequently in English writing, listening, speaking is a must and mandarin is a plus.
Strong analytical skills, strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, detailed oriented, exercises mature judgement.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint . . .).
Working knowledge of databases and use of SQL for data collection & manipulation.
Working knowledge of scripting languages.
Knowledge of software engineering concepts and techniques
Business Expertise
Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing operational practices
Experience with Applied Materials Performance platform technologies will be preferred (APF RTD, Activity Manager, APF Fusion)
Experience in Dispatching/Full Automation solution implementation(either commercial or in-house)
