　　A Law Firm located in Louisville, Kentucky is seeking a Litigation Legal Assistant to join their team. This position will support a group of attorneys and paralegals specializing in medical malpractice. Experience with defense litigation is preferred. This is a full-time permanent opportunity offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

　　salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

　　shift: First

　　work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

　　education: Associate

　　Responsibilities

　　Provide support to assigned attorney(s) and paralegal(s)

　　Format, proofread, copy, scan, and mail documents into final form

　　Process incoming and outgoing mail

　　File/e-file documents with courts and/or agencies.

　　Proficiency in filing in state and federal courts in Colorado preferred.

　　Opening/closing files, consistent with department and firm practice

　　Schedule conference calls, meetings and travel

　　Experience with litigation preferred.

　　Experience with complex contracts and purchase and sale agreements preferred.

　　Experience with real property issues and title opinions preferred.
