Position Summary: - This position is primarily responsible for ensuringall documentation/databases are kept up-to- date and open lines ofcommunication between GATRA and Transportation Providers is maintained.Primary Responsibilities: - Maintain cloud-based databases - Follow upwith Transportation Providers on missing/incomplete documentation-Create/Run Weekly/Monthly reports Other Responsibilities: - Otherduties as assigned by the Compliance or Quality Assurance ManagerPosition Requirements: - Applicant must possess a valid State Driver?slicense - Have the ability to travel with limited advanced notice - Haveexperience completing inspections or utilizing check lists to completetasks (vehicle or machinery related preferred) - Be skilled in the useof the Microsoft suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, &Outlook - Be skilled in the use of tablets or mobile devices - Possessstrong attention to detail - Minimum education requirement of Highschool diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Prior experience as atrainer/training coordinator preferred.
