Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Litigation Docketing Specialist for a HYBRID role in the Cincinnati office of a full service national law firm. The Docketing Specialist will support the firm's busy litigation practice by scheduling and maintaining calendars for all due dates, events, and obligations. Duties include but aren't limited to the following:* Extracting dates for upcoming events from various court documents;* Creating new events and update existing events in firm docketing software;* Maintaining accuracy of previously entered data;* Preparing routine and special docketing reports for attorneys and staff;* Interacting with attorneys and court personnel as needed.Qualifications:* 2+ years of litigation docketing experience* Strong attention to detail* Experience with CompuLaw is a plusOur client offers excellent benefits, competitive salaries, flexible hybrid work schedules, and room for growth!
