Description

　　One of Seattle's top plaintiff law firms is seeking a Litigation Attorney to add to their team handling complex personal injury cases such as toxic torts and consumer product liability.

　　The salary range for this position is 115-145k base DOE plus generous additional bonus earnings, typically making up more of the total compensation than the base salary. The firm provides medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401k with a 4% company safe harbor contribution. They offer unlimited PTO/sick time for attorneys to be taken around the needs of their cases. They support a structure to allow 2 days working-from-home per week. There is no billable requirement and a very focused caseload.

　　Requirements:

　　5+ years of experience as an attorney in plaintiff litigation

　　Washington bar license, active in good standing

　　Juris Doctor with strong academic credentials

　　Experience drafting and defending motions

　　Trial experience is a plus but not required
