The Data Systems Manager interprets program needs and ensures the IT applications and system requirements are met for their primary assigned systems and other systems that exist within the Division as needed. Other responsibilities include: 1) Overseeing the design, development, and implementation of system enhancements; 2) Analyzing data and communicating the results in narrative, quantitative and visual content as necessary; 3) Serving as a liaison between bureaus, technology teams, and support staff; 4) Overseeing system testing plans, teams, and initiatives; and 5) Administering the security for data system applications.
