　　Monday - Friday

　　* Overtime is mandatory when needed *

　　• 2nd shift 3pm - 11pm

　　• 3rd shift 11pm - 7am

　　a training shift flexibility* Payrate:

　　• $18.50/hr

　　• Weekly pay (every Friday)

　　Duties

　　What’s a typical day as a Line Keeper? You’ll be:

　　• Understanding and following operator instructions on all machines in the area and training new associates on these instructions.

　　• Effectively communicating process/product problems.

　　• Performing machine and quality checks as outlined in the operator instructions.

　　• Setting up and changing over machines as required, including die and material changes.

　　• Troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on the machines.

　　• Maintaining daily charts and 5'S Standards.

　　• Maintaining good communication with team members.

　　• Positioning associates in the area and maintaining production requirements.

　　• Supporting associates in the process by providing them with required duties to meet Team Leader directives.

　　Requirements

　　• Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

　　• Have at least 2 years of manufacturing experience.

　　• Have at least six months of experience in the respective section of the focus area.

　　• Have the ability to work on similar processes and demonstrate setup and maintenance of work in every process.

　　• Have practical knowledge of the employee handbook and are familiar with company structure and philosophy.

　　• Have a proficient level of arithmetic and the ability to interpret and analyze charts and graphs.

　　• Have the ability to use measuring instruments and a working knowledge of the metric system.

　　• Have a working knowledge and understanding of hand tools and basic mechanical skills.

　　• Steel toe shoes required

　　• Ability to work overtime when needed.

　　• Must have training flexibility
