　　Add Ingredients into Predust, Breader and Batter MachinesAdjust viscosity of batterAdjust Machines to achieve proper Breading and Batter applicationper specificationMonitor the processing of the productDescription

　　This position is responsible for setting up and operating equipment thatmixes, blends and applies ingredients used in the manufacturing of foodproducts while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tysonpolicies and procedures.

　　Tasks

　　Responsible for operating breading and batter operations on the line toinclude dumping breader and batter bags. Must be able to read and writeto ensure correct breader and batter ingredients are brought to the linefor each product, taking batter and breader pickup tests as indicated byproduct or USDA specs, testing and maintaining required batterviscosity. Making sure breader and batter machines are always runningproperly. Must be able to lift 50 lb. bag of ingredients repetitivelyfor entire shift. Must be able to climb steps to dump ingredients intomachines. Must be able to work in a dusty environment and intemperatures of 50 degrees F or less to include wet floor surfaces. Mustbe able to stand for 100% of production hours. Rate of work is fastpaced and must be neat with paperwork and keep work area clean. Otherduties may be assigned by supervisor. Applicants must be willing to wearall proper safety equipment and must be willing to work weekends whenrequired. THE TYLER ROAD SAFETY GOAL IS ZERO ACCIDENTS!
