Interview each location on Pre-Hire, Post-Hire and Recruiting TasksDocument current process relating to new hires and termsDetermining areas of StandardizationIdentify efficiencies.Creating and maintaining a SOP process for new hires/termsTrack progress and adjust tactics as necessary.*Job Requirement*
