　　Pay: $19.57/HR

　　$500 Retention Bonus

　　Your Role:

　　As aLift Truck Operator, you will be responsible for moving and transferring materials and finished goods in a high-volume production environment. You will have the opportunity to:

　　Focus on safety

　　Effectively perform all duties as outlined in the Operations Lift Truck Operator standard work.

　　Perform daily inspection of forklifts and other daily assignments.

　　Support SAP functions as related to inventory and load management (IE. Pick list, PGI).

　　Follow all Critical Safety Rules, Standards of Conduct, and plant and company practices, procedures, policies.

　　Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will help to create an efficient manufacturing environment. 　　We need you to have:

　　High School diploma or equivalent

　　Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills in English

　　Must be detail oriented, strong organizational, math and problem solving skills

　　Prior Forklift experience, stand up and sit-down lifts (Minimum 2-3 yrs)

　　Icing on the cake:

　　Prior experience in a manufacturing facility

　　Basic PC knowledge, including SAP, Outlook Office and Microsoft Excel
