Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between the owner, company executives and third parties incl. lenders, attorneys, contractors, etc.
Creating reports to track and comply with mortgage loan obligations
Organize executive’s schedules, team meetings and make travel arrangements
Complete bookkeeping tasks including expense reports
Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary
Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment.
Requirements:
In-office employment
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Prior experience supporting C-Level executives or a self-starter willing to learn quickly
Excellent communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Strong discernment for working with confidential information
Ability to prioritize and work under a deadline
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
