DescriptionLife Enrichment DirectorType: Full-TimeWage: $21-23/hr DOEShift: Mon-Fri, days/as neededLocation: Avamere at Moses Lake - 8425 Aspi Blvd. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837The primary responsibility of this position is to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall operation of the Life Enrichment/Activity Department to ensure that an ongoing activities programing is designed to meet the interests and wellbeing of each resident.Responsibilities:Develop and distribute a monthly activities calendar and newsletter for residents and family membersCoordinate and schedule outside vendors and presentersParticipate in community event planning with the marketing staffPrepare person centered Activities as a description for the monthly calendarCreate and update residents service plan preferences in their electronic health recordMake routine visits to residentsPlan, prepare and operate under the Activities budgetParticipate in facility surveys by authorized government agenciesAttend quarterly LED meetingsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.
