Allied Universal Security is hiring a Security Officer to work at a Shopping Mall in Palo Alto, Ca

Pay Rate: $22.00 Hr

Shift: Swing Shift, 2pm - 10:30pm, must work weekends.

Requirements:

*Previous Security Experience recommended

*Driver's license is required

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in the English language is required

*Be comfortable standing, sitting, or walking for long periods of time

*Must be able to pass a background check

*Customer Service experience recommended

Driving Positions : must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record (no major violations within last 36 months, no more than 1 accident in last 24 months, no more than one minor moving violation in last 24 months), a minimum level of insurance as required by Company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle required.

Responsibilities:

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner

Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
