The licensing assistant provides administrative support to the licensing department to assist with product compliance activities. The licensing assistant is also responsible for proofing artwork and performing data entry. Essential Job Functions *Help with item number set up in Power Link for various stock and special programs *Assist department members with product submissions to various leagues *Update product tracking spreadsheets for various leagues *Help prepare product samples for submission *Performs other duties as assigned *Software knowledge including Windows, Excel, Word and ability to learn other programs required. *Excellent verbal and written communication skills for use in dealing with customers, co-workers, and other department personnel. *High level of mental/visual effort required to perform job duties.
