Job Description :

　　Indorama Integrated Oxides & Derivatives is looking for a Supply Chain Planner to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas. The Supply Chain Planner is responsible for monitoring and improving supply planning processes to optimize service, cost, and inventory. Demand : Responsible for leading a cross-functional team for generating a consensus forecast of demand to support the USA markets. The Demand Planner will be responsible for monitoring progression of demand through sales, and coordinate reviews with Sales and Marketing to identify new market assumptions to continuously update demand expectations.

　　What will be expected from you?

　　Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.

　　Interpret marketing and customer brand drivers into a final forecast.

　　Work within the S&OP process to review RCCP across the producing work centers in the S&OP process to resolve supply/demand unbalances in an effort to optimize the production capacity.

　　Analyze historical trends, data, and market assumptions to develop a forecast.

　　Identify and communicate risks and opportunities with forecasted expectations.

　　Participate in the management of EO inventory.

　　Ensure that all Back-Order Reports are introduced in the system in a timely manner.

　　Complete the process to request raw material when needed.

　　Guarantee all documentation under your responsibility updated and available for consulting.

　　Manage and optimize all process under your responsibility taking into consideration Quality, Legality and Food Safety (if applicable) and client needs on Indorama' products and services.

　　Set high standards, led by example, and ensure full compliance to Indorama policies and procedures.

　　Determine the desired inventory levels for finished goods of produced product or resale products down to code level including stock target and safety stock levels.

　　Coordinate and handle the escalation of critical sales demands with business leadership.

　　Initiate process mapping, training, auditing, and refresher training.

　　What are we looking for in the ideal candidate?

　　Bachelor’s degree Business, Engineering, or Supply Chain, preferred.

　　Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) and/or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) from APICS a plus.

　　5+ years of related Supply Chain experience.

　　Production planning experience in the chemical industry with batch and/or continuous production.

　　Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.

　　Excellent data analysis skills.

　　Excellent communication and inter-cultural skills.

　　Personality showing initiative and drive, stress resistant, change agent, strategic view.

　　Proficiency with SAP.
