As a Customer Fulfillment Manager , your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire order lifecycle management process, ensuring a seamless and efficient journey from order placement to delivery. Your role extends beyond traditional logistics, encompassing customer experience enhancement, collaboration with sales and marketing teams, continuous improvement initiatives, and logistics coordination. You will work with S&RC business.

　　You're the right fit if you have:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

　　Proven track record in end-to-end order lifecycle management, demonstrating expertise in optimizing processes for seamless customer fulfillment.

　　Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, coupled with proficiency in logistics coordination and customer experience enhancement.

　　Exceptional attention to detail, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for continuous improvement.

　　English on a min. C1 level, German on a min B1 level will be a big advantage
