　　Position Details:The per diem therapist would work in tandem with our full-time therapist on case coverage to include the following:  Conduct intake evaluations of assigned clients. This includes completion of the Strengths-Based Assessment, Crisis Plan, etc. Develop individual Recovery Plans for each assigned consumer in conjunction with the Psychiatrist and other members of the treatment team and update in a timely manner. Determine proper modality of treatment and provide appropriate therapy for each assigned consumer in accordance with his/her treatment plan. Work in conjunction with a case manager for all care and planning, including discharge planning for all residents on caseload. This involves the coordination of service delivery with other departments and agencies, consultation with treating Psychiatrists regarding medication compliance and other issues. Maintain the documentation in record/chart of residents in assigned caseload that is necessary to meet state regulatory standards. This includes, but is not limited to, regular review and update of treatment plans, daily progress notes that are consistent with treatment goals, etc. Submit all documentation pertaining to the billing for treatment services in a timely fashion and issue that correct and updated information regarding what insurance coverage is available. Provide clinical coaching and on-the-job training for Recovery Coaches.

　　The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:Master's degree in psychology, Counseling, Social Work or a related fieldPA licensure as a LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT1 year of mental health clinical experience3 years clinical experience preferred.Experience in traditional and alternative therapies
