　　Our Graduate Program is a two-year commitment designed to grow recent college graduates into logistics professionals. As an Associate, Operations Graduate Program, you will learn about logistics and leadership by gaining working knowledge of the different facets of our business, including operations, customer service, automation, safety and Lean principles. 　　What you'll do on a typical day:Participate in a series of three rotational assignments, lasting approximately 8 months each, focused on warehouse operations to prepare candidates for an Operations Manager role upon program completionCollaborate with leadership, team members, and operations to enact process improvements within the supply chain processWork collaboratively and individually to meet goals and objectivesCommunicate effectively with the Graduate Program Manager, placement manager and mentorLearn the basic job functions, skills and qualifications of the rotational assignmentPerform responsibilities relative to the rotational assignmentDevelop professionally by participating in coordinated community events, leadership trainings, and online activities.

　　What you need to succeed at GXO:

　　At a minimum, you'll need:Bachelor's degreeAble to start with June 2024 cohortAvailability to work all shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, depending on rotational assignmentWillingness to relocate for future opportunities, with the flexibility to be placed in any of our locations across the U.S.Proficiency in Microsoft Office
