　　[Responsibilities:[- Oversee daily operations of a tractor-trailer/heavy equipment engine shop, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of services.[- Manage a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance performance.[- Coordinate service schedules, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.[- Interact with customers to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the provided services.[- Utilize Fullbay software to streamline service processes, track work orders, and maintain accurate records.[- Monitor inventory levels and to ensure the availability of necessary parts and supplies.[- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.[- Evaluate performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance overall service quality.[- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to make informed decisions.[- Collaborate with all Giza entities to promote services and foster customer relationships.
