We deliver and coordinate a continuum of high-quality healthcare with the goal of improving the health of our communities. _Job Summary:_ __ Provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments within the Emergency Department making recommendations and assisting in the coordination of care for patients presenting with behavioral health and substance abuse needs while working collaboratively with the emergency department. Responds to crisis calls. Licensed Clinicians are eligible for a Sign On Bonus, in accordance with program guidelines. • Current Connecticut license LCSW, LMFT, or LPC required • Master’s degree in a mental health discipline required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in psychiatric setting required, preferably in an emergency department/crisis role. Four years’ experience preferred • Highly effective verbal and written communication skills • The ability to exercise discretion and use good judgment to perform duties promptly and consistently with little direction • Basic computer skills and knowledge in order to enter/retrieve data We take great care of careers.
