What you’ll do

Join the Engineering team where you’ll be making an impact on some of our most critical assets. You’ll have the opportunity to be hands-on in Bell’s tech transformation, supporting project management and agile methodologies in a construction environment. Engineering also includes important work in network architecture focused on radio communications, network architectures, data analytics, and cloud technologies or design and wireless systems.

Requirements

You’re a first to third year student studying towards a university degree OR college/CEGEP diploma in engineering, engineering science/physics, or related fields (if you believe you are up for the challenge with a different degree/diploma, you are welcome to apply).

You have a desire to expand your knowledge in any of the following fields:

Project management and Agile methodologies in a construction environment

Network architecture and design (hardware and software), routing protocols and principles

Broadcast, data centre and/or cloud technologies

Radio communications and/or wireless systems

Project management and Agile methodologies

Leadership skills

You are willing to challenge the status quo, experimenting to find solutions that will make a difference in the lives of Bell’s customers.

You are goal-oriented and can focus on individual tasks while also understanding the bigger picture and how systems work together.

You are a skilled communicator balancing urgency, empathy and integrity. You speak and write clearly and concisely, and you listen with the purpose of encouraging transparent dialogue.
