OVERALL OBJECTIVES:
As part of the IT Infrastructure Support Team for Eurofins Food, Feed Agro Testing Europe, you will join a growing international team, understand, and lead strategic IT Infrastructure projects. Your role and activity will have extensive exposure to business leadership. It will require strong stakeholder management and interface with multiple internal as well as external parties.
You will get an opportunity to drive Eurofins major IT Infrastructure transition and transformation across Food, Feed Agro Testing Europe businesses.
SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:
Manage, monitor, and deliver multiple interrelated IT Infrastructure Transformation / Integration / Segregation projects throughout Food Feed and Agro testing businesses across Europe. These projects will be aimed to perform installations, configuration and migrations of enterprise-level IT infrastructure systems, components, and related software. This may include Windows Server 2012 / 2016 / 2019 (standard or enterprise level), Linux, VMWare, virtual physical servers, cloud solutions (Azure, Amazon), Active Directory, Office 365, Exchange, storage, network, firewalls, load balancers as well as end user technologies, SDWAN, Wi-Fi, security, monitoring and management software and components.
Define scope, provide estimates, plan the budget, allocate resources, own and govern the communication, ensuring high level of internal cooperation.
Proactively identify project delivery risks and issues. Establish mitigation mechanisms and effectively communicate and escalate to ensure progress.
Own schedule and deliver projects as per the scope, on time and to the budget without compromising high quality deliverables, in a highly interdependent ecosystem with multiple stakeholders.
Establish delivery monitoring controls and governance mechanisms.
Lead, guide, inspire, motivate, and direct multiple cross organizational teams and suppliers to deliver products ensuring a return on investment.
Prepare and present periodic decision-making materials for senior executive management.
Ensure all abovementioned activities are executed in line with agreed policies, best practices, and standards.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
Proven track record of managing complex IT Infrastructure integration, post-acquisition, transition, or carve-out projects, preferably in an international organization.
Proven analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will be able to describe multiple business situations where these skills have been leveraged.
Commanding project leadership and follow-through with delivery team resources.
Strong customer focused, team-oriented communication skills with emphasis on building lasting, trusted partnerships through written and verbal communications, presentations to management.
Deep project management practice experience discipline with adherence to process in an agile/rapid development methodology.
Sound understanding of IT Quality Management Systems and/or Agile Frameworks.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools.
Ability to work in an amorphous environment delivering results by influencing the assets outside the hierarchy setup.
Successful experience delivering results from international and geographically disparate teams, including both local and remote resources and contending for heavily utilized centralized resources.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a track record of working directly with senior executive levels.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Additional language skills in French are a big plus.
Willingness to travel and work frequently throughout Europe.
Ability to have fun while working hard in a demanding fluid environment.
