Job Description

　　Kaua'i Medical Clinic is the island’s largest clinic and only multispecialty medical group. More than 85 physicians and midlevel providers offer primary and specialty care at clinic locations in Eleele, Kapaa, Koloa and Lihue.

　　The ‘Ele‘ele Clinic provides family practice and internal medicine on the West side of the island. Family physicians possess unique skills and knowledge, which qualifies them to provide comprehensive medical care, health maintenance and preventive services to each family member. These specialists, because of their background and interaction with the family, are best qualified to serve as the patient’s advocate in all health-related matters, including the appropriate use of consultants, health services and community resources.

　　As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will help to provide our signature compassionate, high quality care to patients and their families. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care for clinic patients and for upholding the mission, vision and values of the Kaua‘i Medical Clinic. We are looking for someone with warm, sensitive patient care and communication skills and a commitment to delivering the highest quality health care to Hawai‘i’s people.

　　Minimum Qualification: Current Hawaii LPN license. Current BLS Certification with the American Heart Association. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, meeting the requirements of the Board of Nursing for licensure.
