　　What you’ll do:

　　You will reach our Maurepas site, where we manufacture sealing systems and accumulators dedicated to the aeronautical market. You will be the technical leader for a team of 3 people based on site who will be hierarchically attached to the engineering director of the division based abroad. You will report hierarchically to this same person and functionally to the site manager. You will locally lead the execution of the design strategy in compliance with customer requests, regulations and internal procedures. We are looking for an engineer with strong skills in mechanical engineering and leading a research and development team in an international context.

　　YOUR KEY ACTIONS:

　　Coordinate the design team and foster professional development

　　Lead the development of methods and new products development

　　Ensure functional participation in product development and launch activities

　　Analyze organizational indicators in order to recommend appropriate action plans

　　Establish a design structure capable of supporting the Division's strategic plan through local and global teams

　　Participate in the preparation of consolidated action plans within the CoDir

　　Qualifications:

　　Master's degree and 7 years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

　　Solid knowledge in mechanical engineering and design

　　Proficient level of spoken and written English and French is essential

　　Successful experience in team facilitation
