Our client, a dedicated healthcare provider, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse - Cardiovascular to join their team. As an LPN, you will be part of the healthcare team supporting patient care initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse - Cardiovascular

Location: Lady Lake, FL

Pay Range: 25+ DOE

What's the Job?

Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.

Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with registered nurses.

Provide wound care and dressings as needed.

Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.

What's Needed?

Valid LPN license in Florida.

CPR certification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience administering injections.
