Behavioral Health Solutions is looking for qualified independent and associate level mental health therapists to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Therapy team in the Scottsdale area!

　　Whether you join as a W2 Employee, or an Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, hours, and size of caseload you desire!

　　Our team of mental health treatment professionals specialize in providing comprehensive behavioral health services for adults and geriatrics across multiple states. As a provider of behavioral health services, we are seeking skilled professionals of the highest caliber that share our commitment to provide high quality psychiatry and therapy services.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Completes diagnostic evaluations, diagnosis, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and consulting on-site in Skilled Nursing Facilities.

　　Completes documentation in a timely fashion in our EMR (Athena I).

　　Complies with agency policies and procedures.

　　Job Types: Full-time or Part-time, W2 and Independent Contractor options available.

　　Requirements

　　Master of Social Work, Counseling, or other eligible master's degree and Arizona licensure as an associate or independent level clinician.

　　NPI (National Provider Identifier).

　　Professional Liability Insurance.

　　Credentialed with Medicaid/Medicare a PLUS!

　　Some facilities may require up to date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions.

　　TB Test.

　　CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.

　　Skills:

　　Basic computer knowledge.

　　Excellent written communication.

　　Attention to detail.

　　Strong interpersonal skills.

　　Flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.

　　Fluency in Spanish is a PLUS!
