Amentum has an exciting opportunity for an Intelligence Subject Matter Expert to support the development of an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-enabled Joint Operational Planning Toolkit to support multi-domain, operational-level Course of Action (COA) development and COA analysis (aka wargaming) aimed at validating operational and contingency planning. This program, known as STORMBREAKER, is led by the INDOPACOM J5X.

　　Essential Responsibilities:

　　Develop STORMBREAKER data repository in C2IE – SIPR

　　Develop entity (military unit) templates for STORMBREAKER repository

　　Develop AI Agents based on datasets and entities in the STORMBREAKER repository along with authoritative SME input on adjudication tables and military unit capabilities

　　Develop COA analysis output template

　　Design Transportation Feasibility Analysis Module

　　Integrate INDOPACOM OPLAN for wargame scenarios

　　Conduct test and evaluation of integrated STROMBREAKER capability

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s Degree

　　Three years’ experience as a military intelligence planner

　　Three years’ experience in an operational support capacity (deployed in support of an operational unit)

　　Two years’ experience as a planner at a three- or four-star level headquarters

　　At least two years of experience in the Indo-Pacific Area of Operations

　　Proficient at Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

　　Must have an active Top-Secret US Government Clearance and be SCI eligibility. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

　　Master’s Degree

　　Graduate of SAMS, JAWS, SAW, MAWS, or SAAS

　　Graduate of Senior Service School

　　The salary range for this position is $130K to $150K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
