　　JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR THE LPN:

　　2+ years of recent nursing experience required

　　BLS issued through American Heart Association

　　Must be eligible to work in the United States

　　LPN license in state of practice or compact (multi-state) license

　　EPIC Experience preferred
