About Library Aide - Part-Time

　　Part-time Library Aide needed for various Salt Lake City Public Libraries. 

　　Successful Library Aide candidates will be friendly, focused on the task, like putting and keeping items in their respective order, and enjoy tidying the area in which they work. Candidates should also enjoy being involved in Library activities and programs.

　　Minimum Qualifications• Applicants must be at least 16 years of age to work various schedules as needed.• Completion of two years of high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience which demonstrates an aptitude or ability to perform the required tasks.• Enthusiasm for books and libraries and a strong desire to work with the public.• Ability to read, write and understand the English language at a level necessary for efficient job performance.• Ability to work days, nights or weekends as scheduled.

　　Preferred Qualifications• Spanish language and/or other non-English language skills.

　　Salary: $12.75/hour (Minimum)Status: Part-time, 18 hours per weekCloses: Open Recruitment
