　　Your Role:

　　As a Senior Manager, IT Business Intelligence and Analytics COE, you will be responsible for managing direct reports and deliver complex projects on-time and on-budget with quality. Independently executes work across all aspects of delivery – including client management, partner management and IT execution. Collaborates frequently with IT Lead team on Strategic Plan & decisions. You will be reporting to Director of Business Intelligence COE. We embrace and accept individual experiences and backgrounds to achieve a diverse and inclusive workplace.

　　You will have the opportunity to:

　　Establish strong Data and Analytics foundation including architecture and road-map.

　　Work with infrastructure and security team to build secure and IT compliant principles.

　　Collaborate with cross-functional fusion team to build and expand data lake to deliver D&A use-cases to support data driven decision making.

　　Manage multiple use cases, prioritize, and lead the communication plan participate governance council meetings, team meetings and status reports.

　　Cross-Functional experience with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement, Master Data, Sales, Marketing and Operations in SAP environment.

　　Utilize advance analytics techniques such as ML, AI to drive data based decisions on AWS platform.

　　Create, maintain, and set policies, standards, and best practices for Business Intelligence based on Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environment.

　　Design, develop, and build integration and data transfer methods using SAP BW, SAP SLT and other ETL tools. Develop data models using BW/HANA (extractors, Infocubes, multiproviders, ADSO,HANA Views).

　　Develop solution architecture to meet governance standards and quality reviews. Manage production support and training in analytics tools.

　　Comfortable with ambiguity and excels at communication and organization.

　　BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.

　　10+ years of related professional IT experience.

　　Strong experience in AWS technologies (S3 data lake, Redshift, Glue).

　　Strong experience in database management (database modelling, Integration, data quality).

　　Icing on the cake:

　　Prior experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing industry is a plus.

　　Experience in Architecture, Implementation of SAP BW/HANA/BOBJ/SAC tools and Power BI.

　　S/4 HANA Experience is a plus.
