Level 1 Assembly
Basic Function:Performs routine factory work requiring essential casting knowledge and skills.
Competed the Vent and Fin 1 certification process.
Expected to operate drills, read gages, inspect, and clean drags and copes, drill out drags, and copes as required, vent and fin cores and molds, assemble sub-assemblies and level 1 assemblies assigned by supervisor.
Work with level 2 or higher/engineer and self-inspect work resulting in quality and efficient workmanship. Be able to work with team members from engineering, quality, other assemblers as well as take direction from supervisor/managers.
Attend MRB when requested to review scrap and rework.
Review Power BI data for scrap and rework.
Maintain scrap levels to be within the 20% of the other assemblers that work on same type parts, use data from Power BI.
Help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

```5. Complete, date and sign-off on all routing information

```6. Perform job tasks efficiently according to given standards.
