Description

　　Robert Half is searching for a Legal Executive Assistant to join an international law firm!

　　Please note this position is fully on-site in Portland, Oregon for the first 90-days.

　　Duties:

　　Drafting, editing, and proofreading legal documents and memos

　　Managing emails, calendar appointments, and client contact lists

　　Scheduling meetings and coordinating all logistics

　　Travel arrangements & expense reimbursements

　　Providing additional legal assistant support for when members of the team are unavailable

　　Requirements

　　Requirements:

　　2+ YOE supporting multiple attorneys as a legal assistant/paralegal

　　Strong attention to detail and office experience

　　The salary range for this role is $24-27/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
