Schedue:Monday-Friday from 2:45pm-11:00pm GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB Responsible forsafe & efficient operation of assigned converting machine(s), whileensuring product adheres to our quality policy. ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Work safely. Conduct physical/ visual inspection ofproduct to prevent non-conforming goods and minimize waste. Meet orexceed production performance standards. Perform housekeeping. Conductquality audits. Record quality defects. Read/ interpret documents, workinstructions, and templates. Pack and palletize goods to be shipped.Maintain production supplies/ materials as required to ensure minimalmachine downtime. Communicate with outgoing/ incoming shift to ensure asuccessful shift handoff. Record production data in machine computerpromptly and accurately. Dispose product scrap into appropriatefilm-type gaylord. Create labels. Actively participate in 5s program.Calculate production numbers. Actively assists fellow coworkers whenable. Demonstrate proficiencies in running all converting machines.Carry out other job-related duties assigned. QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSAbility and willingness to multi-tasking in a fast-paced factoryenvironment. Basic computer and math skills. Capable of lifting,pushing, or pulling 30 lbs. unassisted. Can bend, twist, and stoop.Reliable mode of transportation. Can work necessary overtime to meetcustomer demands.
