L&OD Specialist

　　Within our Learning and Organizational Development Team, located in Denver, Leprino is seeking a dynamic L&OD Specialist to contribute to the growth of our programs and processes! 　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically ranges between $62,000 and $71,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

　　Coordinate scheduling, materials preparation, and ordering for all L&OD programs, ensuring seamless execution.

　　Reconcile and process L&OD invoicing with vendors, contributing to efficient financial management.

　　Collaborate with the L&OD team to execute companywide cultural awareness communications and events.

　　Support and execute D&I initiatives within the corporate office.

　　Support Administration within our Qualtrics system for employee lifecycle surveys, ensuring accurate and insightful data collection.

　　Execute completion rate administration and other administrative support tasks within our LMS.

　　Support program management for the company-wide recognition platform and processes, fostering a culture of appreciation.

　　Maintain and update internal L&OD information sharing platforms to ensure accurate and relevant information sharing.

　　You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):

　　Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in learning and development, organizational development, human resources or a related field.

　　1+ years of experience in an administrator or coordinator role, preferably within an HR function.

　　We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):

　　Master's degree and/or certification in a related field.

　　3+ years of experience in Learning and Organizational Development.
